Free Loan Library
Congregational Resources Library is a free loan library with the resources intended to be used in a congregational/small group context. No membership fees are required nor do we charge a rental fee. Resources will be signed out for a three week period. Special arrangement can be made for resources that are intended for study over a longer period. If the patron desires that a resource be mailed to them, the patron will be responsible for the mailing cost and will receive an invoice with the resource.* Those who use the library must complete the required fields of the request form and agree to the entire loan policy.
(*Patrons that are members of Lancaster Mennonite Conference congregations will not be invoiced for mailing costs.)
Replacement for Lost Resources
Overdue notices will be sent as reminders that the resource needs to be returned to the Congregational Resource Library. If resources are not returned 60 days from the due date, they will be considered to be lost and the individual will be responsible for the current replacement cost of that resource and will be invoiced for such. In the unlikelihood that a total of 90 days passes and Congregational Resources has not received payment from the individual, the congregation will be invoiced for the replacement cost of the resource.

The resources at the Congregational Resource Library are chosen primarily to strengthen congregational life in the Anabaptist Christian faith. This faith is diversely expressed within congregations, and we suggest that patrons discern suitable materials for their particular congregation. Previewing is recommended.
Contributions Welcomed
Our ability to acquire new materials depends upon contributions from individuals and congregations who use and support Congregational Resources Library. Contributions toward the Resource Library are tax-deductible and receipts will be sent to all contributors. Checks should be written to Lancaster Mennonite Conference, designated to Resource Library, and mailed to 2160 Lincoln Highway E. #5, Lancaster, PA 17602.
